They wouldn’t get a star in my opinion but you have to give one just to do a review. Let me start by saying the guy I talk to was very rude. I called because I had a off set in my taxes and I called to see what it was and this guy told me a hospital bill for 2019 then say no it’s for 2014 and give two different balances. when I told him I had insurance so there is no possible way I owe and he tells me no it’s you and then have the nerve to say I called them in 2019 and said the same thing. Like he calls me a lier and to be that rude is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint. Who ever I spoke to needs to be fired

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI paid this man for several months with no receipt of payment and then when it was time to do work he required additional payment even though he had already been paid and not done anything. He’s horrible at communicating and when it comes to legal aspects I was told “oops, sorry that went to my spam folder”. I have since emailed a few times with no response even though he has collected hundreds of dollars from me. I don’t think there is great value for the money you’re paying. I paid this man for several months with no receipt of payment and then when it was time to do work he required additional payment even though he had already been paid and not done anything. He’s horrible at communicating and when it comes to legal aspects I was told “oops, sorry that went to my spam folder”. I have since emailed a few times with no response even though he has collected hundreds of dollars from me. I don’t think there is great value for the money you’re paying. I’m a very reasonable person when it comes to bill collectors. I get that they’re doing their job and trust me, I want them to stop calling me too! When they called me, I was calm and nice until the man on the other line started being a jerk! I told him I wasn’t working at the time, so I couldn’t resolve the debt at that time but I’d be happy to when I start working again and he proceeded to tell me, “How are you paying your bills? How are you living???” Like I was lying, practically ACCUSING me of lying to him. I told him, “Look, this isn’t how this conversation is going to go. I will disconnect the call if you start being rude.” And he’s like, “Well, I’ll mark you for refusal and the state will take whatever action they need.” I was like, “Excuse me? I’m not refusing to pay you anything?” Long story short – trying to make people mad does not get them to pay their bills. They call the company they have the bill with and deal with the debt that way, much like I did.

My husband and I have two very sick kids. One is getting ready for his 2nd open heart surgery while the other one has chemo once a month. Because of the Mounds of hospital bills and care we need to give them, we have fallen a little behind. When my husband called to set up payment arrangements, he was called a “damn liar” by the guy on the phone….. Guess what? That doesn’t work!!!! My husband is not a damn liar, and to the jerk in the other end if the phone…. Hopefully you don’t fall on hard times and have someone speak to you the way you spoke to my husband. Also, feel lucky you talked to him instead of me.
