I contacted Executive Investigation & Security to provide a quote for one night security to watch project site that would be unsecured for approximately 15 hours. Levino Johnson got me a formal quote/contract within an hour of our phone conversation. The fee was reasonable and I signed the contract. Executive Investigation & Security contacted me twice via phone prior to the date of the security service to confirm the date and make sure everything was in order. Their staff were professional and courteous. I received a follow up phone call from Executive Investigation & Security staff the morning after the security services were performed confirming that the night of the service, no incidence were reported by their security staff. The Executive Investigation & Security staff specifically made a point to ask whether I was satisfied with the level of service I received, which obviously I reported I was because they did everything as agreed. I will certainly reach out to Executive Investigation & Security again should I require security services in the future. Highly recommended.

I went to get fingerprinted for pistol license. Tracy was soooo nice. Very friendly, patient, gentle, informative and helpful. I also had photo taken by another young lady and she was also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this for all your investigative needs, whatever they may be!

I went on Oct 1 and Tracy F took care of me. I needed finger printing done for my job, and I got to my appointment almost an hour early because I was in the area and it didn’t make sense to drive home. I expected not to be taken early but after a few minutes of signing in she called me back! She was extremely professional & nice. Made my fingerprinting experience way more enjoyable than I thought it would be! I highly recommend going here if you need fingerprinting done!

I took a Security Guard Training course this past weekend here and the facility was nicely sanitized and very clean. The director facilitated this course and he was amazing. He made sure everyone understood the material before going to the next section. He made the class very exciting and interactive. Levino was very transparent with some situations that he encountered while working as a Security Guard. Time was allowed for questions if there was anything that we were unsure of or wanted him to review before the test. I was nervous starting this course but at the end, I left feeling confident. I’ve been to many facilities trying to obtain my guard card as well as pistol permit. This facility here makes you feel like family, something I myself have not felt at any other site. The staff are friendly very positive wonderfully informal & their response time as far as setting you up with the classes you need is incredible. If you don’t seem to be getting things throughout the classes the instructors will make it their goal to break things down to relatable situations & life situations to better help you understand & gain the knowledge you are looking to seek in the field. I highly recommend Executive Investigation & Security.

I wish I read the previous review before going in for my appointment (it wasn’t up when I scheduled the appt online).I had a similar extremely frustrating experience. I’m a new mom trying to get back to work and needed fingerprints to start my new position. The office wouldn’t allow my infant in a stroller or in my arms. They apparently do not allow children in the building. This wasn’t mentioned on the website or the appointment confirmation I received.One would think such an absurd requirement would be clearly noted on their website. Great way to service their customers. Never taking my business here again. I will also be reporting this business for being unfriendly to families.
