HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was struggling to find an attorney in the Palm Desert area and found Mr. Wieder on accident. A Blessing. My son and I are overly grateful for Mr. Wieder. He gives EXCELLENT service, communication, and is very good at what he does. He takes time to personally talk to his clients and address their needs and questions. This was very important to us, as we were nervous, scared and unsure about the entire child custody process. Even after WINNING our case for us, and making court a breeze, he still makes himself available personally to answer questions over the phone without charge. Nobody wants to go to court for child custody cases, but if you must…..you should contact him!!

Good lawyer but don’t pay off your bill until everything Wieder says he is going to do is completed. His office submitted paperwork to the wrong organization causing delays and financial hardship no family should endure.

Well where do I start. Fred was my lawyer for almost 5 years , nice man !!, but over the last 18 months very poor service, Micheal just wasted my time, making promises and never did anything, spent about $30,000 with this firm and for the last 6 months , just ignored me, to the point I flew back from Asia to confront them, Mr Wieder didn’t even have the professional courtesy to even take me in his office, i haven’t received a bill in the last year dispite oaying another 10k last April, not even a receipt. Micheal just made excuses. Sickness staff problems ,missed my filing dates on numerous occasions Do yourself a favor, if your life’s on the line, find another lawyer. I’m now another 4k out just to hire a new lawyer .
