After moving to California, I had a surprise ticket from Philadelphia. I’d never been pulled over by a cop in PA, so I had no idea how it happened, and even worse, this had caused my California license to become suspended, I couldn’t even drive! I called Fienman Defense and they had me back on the road, legally, within 24 hours. Philly had decided to send me an unexpected memento for the old times, now I had Michael’s boots on the ground ready to repay it in kind. When the time came to fight the ticket, Michael called me personally the night before to assure me everything would (very likely) be okay. On the day of the trial, which he went to in my stead (I was not required to be there for a traffic case), he got the prosecution to drop the sketchy mystery ticket before the trial even began. He had the foresight to follow through, make sure any additional fees were removed so I owed PA nothing, and gave me paperwork for it in case I need to prove it down the road. Michael is the kind of lawyer a person would want – his personality naturally pokes holes in arguments and sees flaws, mixed with a healthy dose of charisma. He treated me with great professional respect and everything went smoothly. He’ll fight for you and out-argue any prosecutor who has decided to come for you. Thank you Michael!!
