Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueNothing good to say about this firm. Andrew is as unorganized as can be and does not communicate well at all. Billing at this firm is terrible as well. Used this firm for about nine months and only received a bill when we requested it.Andrew took on my custody case in the beginning saying there was plenty of evidence to fight with. As time went on and my ex wife continued to mentally abuse and manipulate my children, racking up way more evidence, Andrew continued to milk us of money and ignore my requests to take an offensive approach in the case to relieve my babies of further abuse by their mother. I gave him the benefit of doubt in the beginning, thinking he was taking a tactful approach, but it seemed to be laziness instead.My ex eventually retained a new attorney due to child therapist records working against her favor and her first attorney stating such. It was abundantly clear that Andrew was intimidated by her new attorney and began trying to convince me to settle in the middle. All this, then nearly a month after retaining a new attorney and he sends me another hefty bill.Fraud, abuse of power, unprofessional, unorganized, arrogant are words that come to mind. Incompetent: Ed Fitch advised that I would need to sell my deceased father’s house within a certain time frame to avoid having it put in mine and my sister’s name. In reality, I was not able to sell until AFTER this time frame. This error resulted in the sale falling through. I now know that this is pretty basic stuff that Ed botched.

Critical: QualityAlthough Andrew is a very nice guy, I would not trust him with any family law matter. Due to his lack of preparation and unwillingness to listen to my pleas to communicate information to the judge during a PHONE hearing for temporary parenting time, I now only get to see my son for a total of 24 hours every other weekend. After two years of 50/50 week on, week off parenting time, Andrew cost me almost all visitation with my son. The judge scolded him for only requesting one hour for the hearing.After opposing counsel had eaten up 45 minutes of the hour, the judge offered to reschedule and Andrew declined, despite my desperate pleas for him to reschedule. He insisted that we could finish quickly. Considering the stakes at hand, I don’t think trying to jam our arguments into 15 minutes was prudent. And when the hearing was over, and my time with my son had been ripped away, rather than discussing next steps, he practically ran out of the room to get to his next meeting which he had booked way too close to our hearing. Needless to say, I have since acquired a much more experienced family law attorney.Although Andrew is a very nice guy, I would not trust him with any family law matter.
