I had consultations with three different criminal defense lawyers for my domestic battery charge and ended up hiring Mr. Flaherty. He listened to all the details of my case and seemed to have a real understanding of my situation, far beyond that of the other two. He was a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I am sure glad I didn’t settle for the cheaper ones. Mr. Flaherty got me released from jail on a signature bond, which saved me a good chunk of money. He told me what I was facing, and what would most likely happen, step by step. He was confident that with persistence he could eventually get a good deal and have my charges dropped. As it turned out, I didn’t have to deal at all. The charges got completely dropped. Money well spent.

Very professional, the kind of firm that under-promises and over-delivers. Mr.Flaherty got my possession charges dropped after I was detained and then cited for possession of Marijuana. I was pulled over in Fort Walton Beach and confessed to having roughly 10 grams after the police man informed me that he smelled marijuana, hoping that by being honest I could avoid being jailed. After answering all of the officers questions and basically giving a full confession they wrote me up and let me continue on. The next day I called several lawyers and the Flaherty Law Firm stood out as the most professional and patient. During our initial conversations, he seemed very trust worthy and told me from the start what to expect. I highly suggest talking to him before settling on your legal representation!
