I find it extremely upsetting that to every rightly upset comment they reply “he is not a customer here” instead of addressing the concern and bettering themselves. I infact have filed taxes with the company in that exact office. They are a very unprofessional business that will over charge you to file your taxes. They do not give flat rates in the beginning& tell you that “the computer will gather a total at the end” then lie about the individual tax return you’ll get back& charge you $700 for the service.
