Critical: ResponsivenessUsed them in 2010 for chapter 7. Affirmation of car and house. Recently I discovered when mortgage was sold to another mortgage co that my property was still listed in bankruptcy. I was appalled. Made contact with flexed law several times over several months. To date no one at that firm has offered me assistance. I feel that they failed me without making sure all paperwork was in order. I was never informed that they never got paperwork or lost it. Mortgage co has stated to me over/over that those documents was sent to them and they were the one who failed to return. I am mad and would not refer them to no one.Used them in 2010 for chapter 7. They did are chapter 7 was easy. Now I have to file a 13 because of medical problems and house got behind, I called on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. Rodney Caldwell was our attorney and he was very informative and professional. Great law firm and I know they will help us work through this debt. Definitely recommend before anyone else, they have payment options on a chapter 7 as well. If you can pay it all up front they take like 200-300$ off the cost.
