Disappointing at best. We spent a huge amount of money with this firm and I don’t think a single person we dealt with would recognize what they patented. We spent even more money correcting errors on applications with our new legal team, after Foley Hoag made ill-advised decisions on the foreign patent front. I didn’t get a response from management when I e-mailed with enquiries about my legal teams dealings with the matter. Our experience was absolutely unsatisfactory.
