I was referred to this firm by another attorney. I called and asked for a consultation regarding discrimination against my disabled son. The receptionist said someone would get back to me within a day as they were in court. No response within a week. I called again and was told my request ” probably ” was sent to Mr McKinnon. I asked why I was not contacted nor updated. The person I spoke with did not know but said she would send another message to Mr McKinnon. After another week I called and asked why they didn’t have the courtesy to provide status or even to let me know they did not want my business. A waste of time and effort on my part, a delay in resolution and clearly not in accordance with their websites statement on professionalism and respect.
