To be outside of my comfort zone was bad enough but the prospect of this daunting task was overwhelming. Once sitting down with Fred I not only realized the fact his service was affordable. he led me through the process and what to expect moving forward. Fred’s professionalism, his staff’s professionalism and all communications, by phone, email or in person were comforting. I referred a patient of mine to seek him out. When I hired him my financial situation was bad he compounded the issue 5 fold. I wouldn’t recommend this” attorney ” again for nothing unless you want less than favorable results. The only way things were corrected was i had to fire him and hire another attorney that had everything resolved in a couple months as to where this “attorney “couldn’t do it in better than a year. Unprofessional and dishonest. Absolutely thee worst communication. He will tell you what you want to hear then change it as the case progresses. Super nice friendly guy till the case is dismissed because of poor communications then he throws his hands up and says “I’m not going to hold your hand through this” yeah.. that’s kinda what I paid you to do!. He offered to resubmit my case if I just pay him again..the entire amount I paid the first time. No thanks Fred…I’ve found someone who WILL “hold my hand” for half the price.. Take my advise and RUN from this place, you might as well try it on your own.
