I hired them for an accident in Sept 2021. I never heard from anyone until I called several times and finally got a call back. They told me (9 months later) that they are dismissing my car because the other driver did not have “coverage”. I asked why wasn’t I told this 9 months ago, and they blamed the insurance company. I believe my case fell through the cracks and they didn’t want to work on it. They had done a good job on my last cae, but unfortunately they must have changed staff, because the person who handles my cae was unorganized, and didn’t communicate at all. If you want results, go with another firm. These people won’t do anything to help you.
