I was recently hit by a drunk driver with no insurance (I had insurance, but they did not.) I suffered some medical injuries, but because the other driver didn’t have insurance and fled the scene, I thought I would never have a chance for any type of lawsuit. I called Friedman, Domiano, and Smith and spoke to a Mr. Stephen Nisnik. I was very hysterical and not in my right frame of mind due to a head injury. This man was very calm and never made me feel bad about being confused, crying, or out of my normal mindset. He spoke with me about my case and immediately took action. He kept me updated and walked me through every step, throughout my case. Mr. Stephen Nisnik and his colleagues worked extremely hard and never gave up on me or my case. Somethings I didn’t understand about my case, but Mr. Nisnik took the time to explain things and never made me feel like I was illiterate or a burden. Mr. Nisnik worked on my case for several months and was able to fight for a fair settlement. This man went above and beyond what he had to do and because he did, I was able to get a settlement I never thought I would. I truly appreciate Mr. Nisnik and his colleagues for working so hard and for being so friendly.
