Chris was an amazing lawyer and did everything he could to help me. He was always there for me when I had questions or needed to meet with him. Sara in the office was also always friendly and able to answer my questions. They were awesome to my toddler when he had to come in the office with me and interacted with him. Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessAttorney Froelich was great when we first met, he truly seemed like he had my best interest in mind. However as time went on, he was unresponsive most times, would not answer calls, texts, or emails until days later. (then charged for any email I sent even though he didn’t respond to them)Any time we met he would make me explain my whole case over from the beginning and wrote EVERYTHING DOWN every single meeting so he had multiple copies of my case in writing every time we talked (but NEVER EVER reviewed the notes)I had to provide my reasoning for petitioning every time we talked. He could not remember anything, so either he forgot because he is working on too many cases at once, or he just flat out didn’t look at his notes at all after we met.Come time for the post judgement hearing he ASSUMED it was getting postponed (because of COVID-19) it didn’t get postponed and he had NOTHING prepared to fight my case. He handed the case to the defense. Never fought back for me, completely gave in and did not “defend” me in any way.He got his money, he didn’t need to defend or do any more work at that point. Extremely disappointed, even after explaining my disappointment via email to him, he then charged me to “review” that email.
