Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueHe doesn’t do his job but wants to be paid. He doesn’t do his job but wants to be paid. Day before divorce court he drops the ball of paperwork that he hasn’t taken care of, even though he had over a year to be ready. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey have misspelled both the last name of the deceased who’s estate they were hired to deal with and completely changed her name from Karen to Ken. I find this completely unprofessional for a law office and frankly insulting toward my family who is still grieving the loss of our mother only 4 months ago
