This is the worst attorney I have ever paid in my entire life. I’m a white collar worker who was in court to have a felony officially dismissed and removed from my record and he did not even show up. The previous court date he was late dialing in. This was supposed to be the day I got my life back, but it turned out to be an embarrassing moment instead. A defense attorney whom I do not know called himself “a friend of the court” and stepped in after an awkward moment of silence, I wish I knew who he was so I could thank him and apologize for having to take over something I paid my lawyer to do. Please keep in mind his secretary is horrible to deal with, rude and does not allow you to speak to Gallo or ask him questions unless he wants to speak to you. When you pay a lawyer, you expect them to show up in court on time, dressed for court and well groomed. When you pay a lawyer you expect to receive the appropriate professional courtesies. You will not get any of this with this firm. I would not recommend hiring Gallo for anything important, especially a trial. I’m utterly disappointed, they didn’t even have the professionalism to apologize or send me my paperwork after missing the court date. Even after emailing his secretary. No response. They take your money and run here, at least they did mine. I see all the other lovely reviews left on Google but i can’t help but wonder if they are paid for after the experience I had with this law firm. 12 years in public relations and I have never seen such incompetence in a lawyer. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting the job would get done professionally and properly with this firm. I’m so proud of how far i have come in the past 25 years, this lawyer ruined my moment.

I have had a case that has bogged me down financially emotionally and put me in jail multiple times. I thank Mr Gallo and his assistant Cynthia. He was fair and reasonable on the cost and he gets things done in the courtroom. For all the negative things you hear about attorneys he’s the opposite. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. I don’t even leave reviews but I hope this one gets read.
