The worst service I have received from any attorney. Do yourself a favor and do not retain his services. Nothing gets done and you’re left frustrated and alone. Extremely poor and unprofessional way of handling a case. If I could leave a negative, I would. I would like my money back as I will retain another attorney to fix the issues he didn’t tackle at all. Initially seems like he is willing to help and then after Daniel takes your money, he becomes unresponsive, costing you crucial time if you need to file an answer or negotiate a settlement. Previously I left a one star review for this company. Since then Daniel has taken up my case and is actively working on my debt. Overall, everyone has been extremely considerate and they are very pleasant to work with. My only concern remaining is that they are not very proactive in their communication, but if you call them they will bring up to speed rather efficiently. So to me thats a wash. I like Daniel and his team and find they are a very reasonable outfit. If you don’t mind making the calls to them, I recommend them whole heartedly.

I hired Daniel to settle a debt and after Daniel was paid he did nothing. After months of no action and mostly unanswered messages, I finally became resigned to the fact he had no intention of doing anything on my issue. I write this with the hopes those that read this will not have to go through what I did. If you check the google profile or yelp for his San Diego office you will see reviews by others who he has done this to. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer.
