Paul Ganim follows in the footsteps of his felon brother. My son rented Paul’s beach shack when he was a student at Fairfield. Paul tried to claim that, due to covid, Fairfield’s graduation date (per the lease the day before lease end) was the day of the last “academic celebration” (a thursday) instead of the actual graduation, the Sunday after that Thursday. Literally no other landlord on Fairfield Beach tried to pull this nonsense. When we balked, Paul threatened to sue. When my son and his roommates stayed through Sunday, Paul fabricated additional charges. Suffice to say, be prepared for Paul to enforce non-existent provisions in your lease.

I hired Paul to take care of a difficult case. A case 18 months old at the time he picked it up, the third attorney to do so . He did not sugarcoat it, he did not hold my hand, and he did not do all the work for me. To some his personality may clash however unlike other firms where the namesake attorney receives you but he refers you to one of his much less experienced attorneys, it is Paul that will handle your case. It is Paul that will show up in court on your behalf. It is Paul that will get you a better deal.
