My practice includes general litigation, including creditors’ rights, real estate foreclosures, lender liability defense, UCC disputes, business torts, consumer and commercial collections in general, insurance defense, real estate, contract/lease negotiations, homeowners associations, condominium associations, estate planning and business organization. Small business owners hoping to have a communicative attorney may want to steer clear. Everything was good for awhile, then James stopped responding to communication. After a couple months, apologized and promised to do better. All was good for awhile longer then he stopped responding to all communication again. It has been more than 2 months since his last reply and after repeated efforts to contact him, we have no choice but to switch to another attorney for all of our business needs. This will set us back a good deal, but will likely still be faster than what we can hope from an attorney that refuses to reply to their clients. Maybe we are small potatoes to him, but every paying client is still a client and deserves the same level of respect. If you don’t plan on putting in the effort, why take the case? Hopefully, he treats other clients much better than us…

Terrible customer service. We filed a business suit using Jimmy as our attorney. The communication was horrendous. Multiple messages with no response, months and months of no responses and the case has drug on for almost 2 years now and he won’t return messages, calls etc. If you’re considering using his services please consider another attorney.
