G&G Associates is a legitimate VA law firm to assist with filing for disability and they helped me triple my rating. I must warn any potential new clients that you must be very VERY patient with this firm as there is no one you can call or talk to on the phone ever, and to get an emailed response takes days, sometimes weeks until you have an associate working with you on your case. Their fee is fair considering what they help to achieve but the customer support is almost non existent. I would have given 3 stars for how hard it is to get ahold of them, but for the rating they helped achieve I had to give them 4 stars. I would only recommend this firm to other veterans who are not in a huge rush (1 year time frame) from start to finish)

I am still waiting on my $300 refunded money from them. I sent an email to them and an individual from there replied that they wouldn’t issue my refund and also that the price has gone up to $1000 for services. First off, how does that apply to me when I initially agreed to pay $300 for services that I have yet to have? I spoke with one of the ladies there on more than one occasion via email and phone regarding submitting medical records. I was instructed to send the records via a thumb drive. I sent the records as requested. I check the status of the thumb drive submission and was told that I didn’t send the correct records. Yea, so lady those ARE the correct records that I got directly from VA. At this point, I’ll do it myself. Refund the $300 as requested. Thanks.

Critical: Responsiveness, ValueBottom Line Up Front. You pay regardless of the VA decision. I followed their instructions to not go to the appointments and contact them for instructions. Well didn’t go to the appointments and my claims were denied for no show appoints. Interesting I know. G&G said calm down we will will appeal the decision. All three conditions that they recommended were denied again, yes again. Per the contract I paid all the required payments. So this association is not what it once was when another veteran referred me. Save your self the frustration and find a person you can deal with face to face. Here you will never see any faces other the doctors that they have available for you if you choose them. This is MY experience with G&G Associates.Bottom Line Up Front. I’m not sure why people are writing bad reviews this place blessed me with a fantastic rating I definitely couldn’t have done it without them. At the beginning I was sceptical because of the reviews but I talked to a prior service member who used GAndG and my life has been blessed. Thank you for everything GAndG. Just follow the instructions they give you, and you will be fine. I tried doing my claim by myself but I was getting nowhere this company really helped me out sheila was a amazing person that helped me step by step I’m now truly blessed for the rest of my life. Dont believe these bad reviews I’m not sure what happened in their case.

Please, stay away from GNG. They have no customer service and their business hours are shady. Nobody ever answers the phone and you pretty much have to rely on emails and voicemails to communicate. Basically, they get paid to do what you can do yourself as far as VA claims go. they gave me bad information and advice which cost me over a year of waiting, a denied claim and $1500.

If you are looking for help filing a VA disability claim, I would advise you to seek out your local DAV or Dept of Veterans Services. Do not waste your time with G&G, here is why. You will not speak with an actual person, everything is done through email and pre-recorded voice recordings. I sent them my information (military paperwork) in December and just last week received a phone call. The associate was attempting to schedule a telephone consultation time with me. We scheduled this for Monday 2/10 @1700. G&G failed to call me at the scheduled time but they make sure to state there is a $25 cancellation fee if you do not answer. Then, today, 2 days later, I receive a text message asking me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment for this Friday at 1700. What nerve?! I responded by stating pretty much what I am saying in this review and Will I be paid $25 for my wasted time?! What if I had to work and took time off to speak with someone from G&G?! Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Last yr I started my claim with them and the case manager emailed me to submit my claim twice after she herself already submitted the claim which kinda worried me because how can you not know you submitted the claim not once but twice. So moving on I finally got a decision letter from the VA and a few of my claims were pending so I informed my case manager as to what is the next step and after 3 emails I finally got a response back to make a complaint on the VA by calling the white house VA hotline and submit a complaint and email her back the claim number ok this didn’t make much sense because why am I making a complaint if it’s pending, long story short I did call and got a complaint # and emailed my case manager as to what will be the next step. Now this was end of July into Aug multiple emails for weeks and nothing back it’s like someone just dropped the ball. Fast forward to Jan and I get an email for my remaining balance of my bill. I emailed back as to where have you been for 5 months and what about a status update first, my case manager goes in to tell me G&G has done it’s part…..wow is all I could say, now I emailed and asked to speak to someone hiring than a case manager to explain what the hell just happened here. I get ghosted for months now you want a, balance payment for doing what is my big question, you submitted my claim on ebenfits which I could have done myself after I paid $200 for each appt out of my own pocket to see the doctors they provided. Now because I requested to speak to someone higher the case manager sent me an email stating that this is my final notice and I am being sent to collections, all I could email back was wow. Keep in mind each time I emailed the case manager I also cc’d the entire company email and no one cared to step in and reply back.These folks are very unreliable and and lack communication skill.I highly suggest against doing business with this company. Last yr I started my claim with them and the case manager emailed me to submit my claim twice after she herself already submitted the claim which kinda worried me because how can you not know you submitted the claim not once but twice. Unfortunately, this has not been this Veteran’s experience (for privacy reasons I am leaving gender out of the review). The Veteran has paid for services and was consistently ignored and/or met with curt, unprofessional emails and promises. Please get it together people! You stress the importance of being professional, yet the company has been going downhill for the past 12 months or so. If you cannot accommodate supporting a Veteran, have the courtesy of contacting them and sharing that you are too busy to support, as opposed to tarnishing the businesses name.I am writing this in support of a cohort. The Veteran has paid for services and was consistently ignored and/or met with curt, unprofessional emails and promises. Please get it together people!
