Critical: ResponsivenessOne of the main things to look for when hiring an attorney is responsiveness. I went through all of the screening with this office and had a 15 minute consultation with Mr. Gibbons over 2 weeks ago. Before we got off the phone, he asked me to forward him all emails with correspondences pertaining to my case. I did as instructed. I forwarded at least 7 emails to him and from that day, I have not heard a thing from him. Not even a common courtesy that he will not take my case. After putting in effort to not only relive the details of the case, but also having to forward my emails to this attorney with no type of response. Since the consultation that was scheduled on the 26th of August, I have called the office several times and have even emailed Mr. Gibbons asking for an update. I have not heard anything from anybody as of today. I’m sure they’re going to try to respond to this review with an excuse but the fact of the matter is responsiveness is key when finding a good attorney.
