I was in a car accident in November 2021 and after an emotional few days my Dad convinced me to look for a lawyer. Man am I glad I did what he said. To say the whole Glacier team has been helpful and supportive from day one is an understatement! Everyone from front desk to my paralegal Ashton to my lawyer Darin were very affirming of my feelings and letting me know it was ok to cry and not be strong. The whole staff even did amazing with my daughter whenever she wanted to tell them about the accident. I constantly kept worrying that I was too much of a burden and was scared to call or email in the beginning. Ashton was so communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable it helped me work past my anxieties. She helped me to feel very comfortable with communicating and asking questions. Definitely above and beyond what I ever thought a paralegal would be and do. My family has been represented amazingly and taken care of so I did not have to worry about money or medical bills or my replacement car. Thank you Darin for being the silent unsung hero fighting car insurance for us and getting the settlement we needed. Thank you Ashton for being the support and shoulder that I needed.
