Such a HUGE disappointment. Paid in full only to not get the service promised. No communication after months of trying to reach out. No call backs, no email returns, nothing. The new owner said that other clients were also looking for them. I called my bank and made a fraud complaint in which they will investigate. Global got me out of a $66,000 mortgage in 10 months. I could not be happier than I am now. I was in no position to take on any more debt, but the sales rep from Westgate was so pushy and they wouldn’t let me leave until I purchased their timeshare. This was about 2 years ago. I have paid two different companies prior to Global and was ripped off for a total of about $5,500. They helped me get my money back, minus their 30% cut, from two other major Timeshare “Resellers”. Josh is the first person I spoke to. He was very personable and I didn’t feel forced whatsoever. Brian was also in contact with my during the process.
