I’m so happy with Scott and especially Destinee at Gloyeski Law. I tried to get SS Disability for having been battling Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. I followed all the online applications and sent in the requested paperwork via UPS, which they said they never got and denied me. As soon as I met with Destinee she had to redo everything and I was Approved within 3 months. Thanks so much for the help and the relief this will bring to me and my family!! Nicole

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueOur entire process of filing bankruptcy went better than we could have imagined. Everyone was extremely helpful, understanding of our concerns and always available to answer every annoying question we had. They made the stress of a bankruptcy less stressful by far. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueNo Compassion & Out For Your Money. After my initial meeting, I dropped of the requested down-payment of $763 (but never signed the agreement to actually file). Soon after, I was informed that our household income was too high to even move forward and file. When I asked for my money back, since the lawyer clearly stated that I would not be able to file, they “nickel & dimed” me for every penny (or as they called it “ran some accounting on my file”). I received a note in the mail, a print-out of the supposed services performed, and $0 back. It was a LOSE-LOSE situation (for me, not them). Let’s Review: I submitted a down-payment, never signed the agreement, was told I could not file, but they still kept all of my money. When I dropped off payment, I was charged. When I stopped in to try and get my money back, I was charged. When the office text-messaged me, I was charged. When I had my final phone meeting and the lawyer stated that I would not be charged for the call, I was charged. I even reached out directly to the company owner regarding my situation and explaining that I felt like I was being treated unfairly. My plea for compassion and understanding fell on deaf ears once again. I am writing this review in hopes that I can help someone else steer clear of losing their hard-earned money. No Compassion & Out For Your Money. Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessHeartless & Out For Your Money. After the initial meeting, we dropped off nearly $800 to start the process, and THEN they told us our household income was too high to even move forward and file. When we asked for our money back, since we were told we were not able to file, they “nickel & dimed” us for every penny (or as they called it “ran some accounting on our file”). We received a note in the mail and $0 back. It was a LOSE-LOSE situation (for us, not them). No bankruptcy filed and $800 gone. In the world we live in today, it is more important now than ever to show people compassion, understanding, and warmth. I value superior customer service & sharing recommendations; and I had recommended this office many, many times in the past… I wish I had something nice to say about my most recent experience, but I do not.***My Wife, Christina Smith, also posted a review to which the law office replied: “This is not our client. This is from someone who is attempting to harass our office on behalf of someone else.” Proving Shadiness once again.Heartless & Out For Your Money. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLack of compassion. and willingness to SERVE.A company that takes your deposit, spends through the entire $750 and THEN tells the individual that they make too much money to file bankruptcy-INSTEAD of telling the client this FIRST, is not the kind of company I wish to ever do business with. There is an extreme lack of compassion here or respect for a client’s time and money. Since COVID hit- I have seen so many businesses seeing their clients as actual people and not just a dollar sign, but NOT this company-they just want to get into your pocketbook. In this case, they should have checked to see if the client made too much money and THEN went through the rest of the paperwork-saving their client both time, money + stress, because at the end of the day your business is to SERVE your clients and not just line your pocketbooks. People are really struggling at this time. If you can’t take on a client because their income exceeds your limits ( just barely) then tell them upfront before you rob them of $750, for nothing. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking to file bankruptcy, unless you have $750 to throw down the drain.Lack of compassion. and willingness to SERVE.A company that takes your deposit, spends through the entire $750 and THEN tells the individual that they make too much money to file bankruptcy-INSTEAD of …More

Going through a bankruptcy is a very stressful moment in life. Gloyeski law office was very helpful and reassuring the whole time during this process. Answered all of our questions and helped give us hope in our situation that we have never been in before. We couldn’t have gone to anyone better for a bankruptcy. I highly recommend Gloyeski Law Office.
