Marshall is the man! He was a referred to me by one of my attorney friends. The case we were fighting was extremely critical to our livelihood. When Mr. Goldberg recommended, we go to a judge trial. I was very skeptical to say the least. But, he was confident in his position. He also seemed to know everyone in the courthouse and had an excellent rapport. To make a long story short. In mid October, I was seeking an attorney in the Detroit area that was experienced in the matter. After contacting several attorneys, I was referred to Mr. Goldberg by a colleague of his. Like most lawyers, he wanted his money upfront to initiate legal representation. Since I am from another state, I mailed him money orders after he had given me a total amount. He received the money by Oct. 30 and he has vanished with the money and no results nor answered any of my emails, calls, and texts since. Typical of an unethical attorney! 12/14/17
