This firm is extremely unprofessional and get emotionally and personally involved. – the young employees almost seemed to have a crush on the opposing person. One of the girls also continually Instagram stalked me well after our divorce was final. Opposition called his lawyers “his girls”. And it honestly felt that way. Angie Whitford received documents that were sent to her from the court regarding parenting plans, decision-making and child support orders and sat on them for over two months. She didn’t send them and withdraw her representation from the courts for over two months, after we sent an email that we were going to contact the Colorado Bar Association. Absolutely unbelievable!

Atrocious experience. Emails and calls not answer for months, no effort to move my very simple civil theft case along in any manner resembling reasonable. Senior partners no more helpful than the junior associates intentionally ignoring requests. There are too many outstanding attorneys in the Denver metro to waste your time and money here. Avoid at absolutely all costs.

I went to this firm for help on negotiating a contract with a licensing agent for my invention. When I met with them they were very friendly as they showed me their plan for my product. I was offered things I did not feel that I needed. I went against my better judgment and ok’d some of the work. I did not receive anything for two months until I insisted that I get my negotiated contract from them. After I received it, I terminated my contract with them. A week later I got a bunch of paperwork that I had ordered before; some of it was very generic and didn’t even have my name on it. I ended up paying around $3,500 for things that I most likely will never use.
