Went to this firm due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Unfortunately the experience was very similar to what Tony Glidden describes in his review. Nothing during our visit would meet the bar of professionalism or basic competence of conducting business. Arrive to the meeting ten minutes early, no one in the office, wait for our meeting time, ring the bell, no one responds, ten minutes later have to call them from inside their building to tell them we’re waiting. Andrew Dawson comes down looking like he just woke up from a nap. Doesn’t know who we are or why we’re there (not a walk-in, we had an appointment). In a 15 minute meeting, 10 of our questions were met with “I don’t know” as a final answer. His personal conduct suggested he aggressively didn’t want us there.
