During the purchasing of my first home they walked me through all the paperwork to help me understand it all. Very helpful. The reason for 3 stars and not 5: The closing date had to be pushed back unexpectedly due to one paralegal not notifying us that she would be out of the office and did not delegate my case to another while she was gone. This caused many issues with my move in date. If you use this firm for property closings make sure you let them know your closing date is firm if need be. Other than that I they answered my questions and phone calls timely.

Communication was worse than any business I have worked with. I closed on my home with GRCC in June. The closing was fine but the seller had to drop off a check to us on the same day. I was told I would get a call when they did…. no call. Was told I would get a call when our closing recorded…. no call. They told our realtor the check would be mailed to us… not 3 but 4 times they said they dropped it in the mail and that the mail was slow. I received the check 5 weeks later with a postage date of a week before.
