Founded in 1988, we are celebrating our 34th anniversary! We are a four attorney law firm, located in Ballantyne Corporate Park in Charlotte, practicing in both North and South Carolina. Gorman & Associates handles all legal matters in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, commercial real estate, and corporate and business matters. Estate Planning- everything from simple wills to complex trusts and elder law issues. Commercial Real Estate- all types of closings, condominium formations, hotel and mixed use developments. Corporate- startup business matters, mergers and aquisitions, and contract matters.

We just finished up our Estate planning and document signing with Tom Gorman and Associates and we are so happy we chose to come to Tom. At the initial meeting, Tom explained everything thoroughly and in terms we could understand. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we had all day if needed. While the documents were being prepared, Tom, Joanna, and Stan were wonderful to work with. At the final meeting, Tom again explained all the documents and made sure everything was correct before we signed. I highly recommend going to Gorman and Associated for your Estate planning needs.
