The first time I hired him he did a great job. The second time I hired him, he did a horrible job and abandoned me 5 minutes before my 1st temp orders hearing, which was, at the time, the most important hearing in my life because I had already went almost 8 months without seeing my son. David, in my opinion is very judgmental and seems to be ignorant of the real world almost he was raised in a church as a monk. You have to be careful what you tell him. My girlfriend, who had mental health issues, had left me and took our son and hid from me for nearly 8 months. I informed David that I had a prescription for Adderall. David asked me if I abused them and I gave him an honest answer which was in the affirmative. Meaning, per the prescription, I was supposed to take two of them a day and abuse can mean something as benign as taking an extra half one day, when I had to work like a 16 hour day drafting contracts.

The individual that answered the phone promptly snapped and said “I’m not going to give you free legal advice, but we can set up and appointment”. I said that works for me, what’s the cost of your consultation. Then again he snapped and said “Is that what you want, or are you looking for free legal advice…”
