I had an injury and contacted two lawyers before Austin, but none of the two was interested in representing me. The defendant and their insurance were very uncooperative, but Austin dealt with them with great sense of professionalism until the insurance got committed. He was very quick to respond to our requests and our needs and he was very thorough in his research before our hearing. He was very quick to respond to our requests and our needs and he was very thorough in his research before our hearing.
