Slowest of ay credentialing service, hands down, the most overbearing and worst value for your money. $275 to have to wait WEEKS for credentials to be added. I wish they had negative stars.

Premier Pro Security Services for vendor credentialing is a complete joke. I have been in medical sales for over 15 years and this platform BY FAR is the worst. If you are a health system looking for a vendor credentialing platform, do yourself a vendor and spend the money on a good, reliable platform (any other platform outside of these people).

Unlike Sec3ure this company makes you purchase a badge in addition to the cost of signing up. They are also extremely slow checking the documentation you upload. Make sure to sign up quite far in advance before needing to use it.

This company is easily the least professional vendor credentialing company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They finally upgraded their user interface, but in the process of the upgrade, couldn’t figure out how to migrate everyone’s credentials. So I had to resubmit them all over again.
