As a Fort Smith native, I’m proud to use my law license to help my clients and to give back to a community that has given so much to me. That’s why I’ve chosen to run for Sebastian County Circuit Court, Division VI. I’ve been a practicing attorney with Hardin, Jesson, & Terry, PLC for more than 25 years with a focus on business, commercial and banking law. I’ve also served as a board member for the Western Arkansas Legal Services and now serves as a member of the Fort Smith School Board. As judge, I will continue the standard of integrity set by Judge Cox. Every party in a lawsuit deserves to be treated equally before the law, whether that party is an individual or business entity.
