At the outset I was given a clear understanding of the divorce process; issues likely to arise in my case; and how billing would be handled. They schedule consultations before people pay them so they’re using it as an instrument to discriminate against poor people. Their scheduling person proposed a day for the consultation and I requested the next week instead to wait for liquidation of assets to complete, then Saundra Rice responded abruptly saying she couldn’t “accommodate” a schedule I didn’t commit to.
