The Hacking Law Practice, LLC, is a national immigration law firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. Primarily serving clients in Missouri, Illinois, and San Diego, we do work with employers and U.S. citizens and residents throughout the nation. We help families unite with loved ones from overseas. Asylum law is a significant part of our legal practice as well. We also help people transition from lawful permanent residence to full U.S. citizenship. Deportation defense is another large part of our immigration practice. Focusing entirely on federal immigration law, allows us to develop systems and processes to streamline the bureaucratic immigration process for our clients and get them the immigration benefits that they want.

I am so disappointed at the treatment I received by this law firm. After asking why my case is taking too long and if there is a way to expedite it, Mr hacking himself called me and started yelling at me that he would refund my money because I was rude to his staff. All I did was texting his paralegal asking why my case is taking too long? It was a very cordial case but I am not sure why he too it so personal that he can’t let clients ask questions about delay in their cases. It was a Very unprofessional treatment from a lawyer and I didn’t expect that. He called me five times today just to tell me he would refund my money and won’t let his staff be treated like that which I still can’t comprehend.

We found Jim Hacking’s shows on YouTube and I called in to ask him for suggestions. He told us to sue the USCIS, and we decided to hire his team to sue USCIS. Only 60 days we got response. Then, Jim personally looked at our case and suggested that we should hire his team to take care the case and we do. Haley has been our point of contact for the law suit and she was amazing. She is very professional, detail, super responsive and of course very nice. The USCIS worked on our case and the team that include Emma, Alexandra, Haley and Lawyer Bloomberg help us with gathering evidences and our case finally got approved at USCIS and now current at NVC. We are confident that our case will go through smoothly. My mom filed an I-130 for my sister who was 13 at the time for 4 years without any movement. We found Jim Hacking’s shows on YouTube and I called in to ask him for suggestions. He told us to sue the USCIS, and we decided to hire his team to sue USCIS. Only 60 days we got response.
