I was hit by a drunk driver last year and was referred to Hale Injury Law, once I contacted the office. I was scheduled to come into the office within hours, where I met my case manager Cynthia and Leila Hale, they were very comforting and reassuring. I was in so much pain after the ER did absolutely nothing to help. My case manager had me scheduled for pain management where I finally found some relief. My case manager Cynthia was the best! She got me scheduled for all my appointments, supported me when I didn’t want to continue at certain offices. She never pressured me to do anything that would cause me more financial hardship, she worked many hours gathering all my information and making sure my case was handled, always checked on my health was progressing and how I was handling everything mentally. She always responded to my questions and made sure I understood what was happening at every step. After being injured and losing my new car and business handling legal issues were the last thing I wanted to deal with but Hale Injury made it a breeze. I hope I never have to retain a lawyer again but if I do #HaleYEAH I’ll be coming back to Hale Injury! Thank you Leila and Cynthia for everything!
