It was a long process due to the nature of the case but they were there step by step. If I hadn’t heard anything for a little while I would call and someone promptly returned my message. If there was something I didn’t fully understand they were great about breaking it down so I could. I didn’t feel as if I was in the dark about anything. Mr. Hoen and his office staff are great.
