She is a New York licensed attorney specializing in Business Law (Entity Formation, Contracts, HR, Trademarks, etc.) and Estate Law (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Healthcare Directives, etc.). We are a unique law firm because our billing is flat fee only. We don’t charge by the hour like most attorneys do. Instead, we tell you the entire cost of the project and that is the total price you’ll pay.
