The Harley Law Firm was founded by Larry T. Harley in 2019. Larry led a regional legal aid program for 26 years and now works part-time handling only uncontested divorces. Larry has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 1979. Larry is a member of the Virginia Lawyer Hall of Fame; a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation; and served on the Virginia Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission from 2013 – 2018.
