When I chose to withdraw my divorce suit I was told that I needed an additional meeting. I knew my options and advised the Attorney Miranda that I did not need the meeting, simply wanted a dismissal. Miranda insisted I meet with her and would not allow my wife to be present, even though I told her I would allow it and wanted her there. She would not let me sign the papers to dismiss until my wife was out of the room. She attempted to get me to do a 6 month withdrawal process rather than going forward with the instruction I gave her. During the process she insisted on the more vicious path and advised on several occasions to take the more aggressive option.
