Aaron Hartley is the epitome of what a great attorney should be. Aaron is truly concerned about protecting his clients above even himself. I was in this situation and needed to find a good attorney. Let me re-phrase this…. I needed to find the BEST attorney. And by luck, I did. Mr. Hartley and his team are magicians with a flair of aggression to do the right thing. There has never been a moment where relief felt so outstanding knowing that Mr. Hartley was my sword and shield. My divorce was in the least, contentious. Mr. Hartley navigated these waters with ease and absolutely pummeled anything in his path. I retained almost everything I was fighting for myself and my daughter in what I considered a “vanilla” divorce(house, 401K, rental unit, but most of all, final decision maker for my daughter). Some may say that this sounds easy, but it is not! And I do believe that there is a right way to fight a case where a father is fighting for his child. Mr. Hartley provided EXACTLY that. The wide expanse of knowledge and capability of Mr. Hartley knows no bounds. He definitely pushes beyond any normal human for his clients. The precision and timing of action is everything and to be honest, I do not believe that Mr. Hartley sleeps at all. He was available anytime and the guidance was impeccable. Mr. Hartley was very proactive and even demanding of me when it came to matters that required my attention, which I definitely needed at the time.He strategized the whole approach and helped me negotiate the schedule I wanted with my kids, what assets to trade off to get the least impactful results to my finances and served as a constant node of blunt force positivity in my corner. My case wasn’t too complex on the surface, but all too often things slip through the cracks and before you know it, you lose your vantage point and get screwed in family court. This is especially true for single fathers like myself. Hence, I was not going take any chances and knew upon my initial consult – the only one I had – I would be prepared for the worst.What’s most remarkable about Mr. Hartley’s office is he and his staff are extremely well organized, efficient, and responsive. Unsurprisingly, there’s a lot of paperwork involved with family – but I guess all legal – matters. In the past, I sometimes had to ‘manage’ my attorneys and keep them on track. That came with a great deal of stress and anxiety. I was/am not ready to go through that again. Mr. Saunders, Robin and more recently Ashley were always on top of everything. And Mr. Hartley is always up-to-date and one phone call or stop away, whether it is late in the evening, weekends or holidays. Both Mr. Hartley and Mr. Saunders are quite relatable and complement each other amazingly well. Mr. Hartley cuts to the chase and is very straightforward. Mr. Saunders excels at listening, analyzing, and synthesizing the details.I’d recommend overcommunication/frequent reminders when it comes to court dates and times, as these tend to change a lot, and I have failed to update my calendar on a couple of occasions.In the end – or at least for now – the crisis has been averted. Positive: Quality, Responsiveness, ValueIf you’re looking for a gladiator then you’ve found him! If you want a straight up lawyer that’s gonna tell you what you need to know then he is it. Aaron Hartley and his staff are never playing around when it comes to a case. I wish I had hired him years ago! He took a clusterf*** and fixed it quick. He gets results!Something to note though, Aaron does not beat around bush about anything. If constructive criticism offends you then you’re going to have a hard time seeing his point. Trust me, he put my expectations in check more than once. This is his career and this is what he excels at. Trust him. Listen to him, even if it’s not what you want to hear. You may not like what he says but he knows what he is doing. Be ready to hear some of what is going on with him, it’s not mock you or make you feel like your case is less serious than his.
