When I first met John, I knew right away how committed he was to his job and how professional he was as well. John is very upfront, honest, and personable and makes you feel comfortable in his presence. This was a very stressful time in my life because of how long the case was taking due to the pandemic but John made the process a whole lot easier for me because he was always in communication about what was going on either by phone, text, or by email. Also, if you had any questions, John was always quick to respond in these forms of communication.
