Have had Marc as my go to for the past few years. I have had multiple instances where he was able to quickly and accurately advise me on things I should do and pathways to take to ensure the best possible outcome for my situations. After spending weeks trying to work with them to get my car fixed I got no where and they kept on trying to put the potential blame for the car being broken on me. Once Marc stepped in, he got them to admit fault, stop playing games and instead of just replacing my transmission, he got me the full value of my car In cash plus the rental car expenses. The biggest help was really the fact that the company had been treating me like a second class citizen. They wanted to have different tests done on the car but refused to pay for them upfront.
