At the court hearings they said one sentence that’s it. I did all the talking. Now I want a letter of withdrawal and can’t get them to respond. Please don’t use these scammers. These people are money hungry.they never answer calls or messages or e mails unless it’s the initial call to sign a paper for them to get money. Linda and her husband are supposed to be taking care of this. I really wish they would call me but like everyone else they have ghosted me.Update:It has been months since I originally left this review, and I still haven’t heard from him. I’ve had five MRIs and seen four or five new doctor since and they won’t answer the phone or answer emails in order to update my file with Social Security. I spoke to Social Security and I can’t remove them unless they sign a form stating that they will no longer be my representative. So despite the fact that they won’t help me they’re still going to get part of my money. Do yourself a favor avoid these people at all cost. Even the judge said that he was “Very unprofessional”. They completely ghosted me after they lost my case, not even letting me know of any other options for taking my case to the appeals council, or even starting my case over. Denied in front of the judge because her husband didn’t have any records or papers that I sent them and the few papers they did have weren’t signed, so they had to be signed and faxed over after the hearing, which I found out later, never got done. Even the judge said that he was “Very unprofessional”. They completely ghosted me after they lost my case, not even letting me know of any other options for taking my case to the appeals council, or even starting my case over. Do NOT trust Helping Hands to win your case.

She allowed me to be homeless and went against my desire to have my hearing on the phone. I wrote to the judge and asked to have my hearing on the phone. She over road that letter and had that hearing cancelled. I have terminal cancer. If it wasn’t for the help of my congressmans office I’d be waiting for another six to twelve months for a hearing because of Linda. She then claimed to have lost her voice and her husband had to represent me. The court had no records because Linda wasn’t ready. They had to take what I’d sent to the congressman. Now she won’t return my phone calls. You don’t need representation you can do this yourself. If I had known she was going to screw my case up so bad and allow me to continue being homeless I’d never have hired her. She doesn’t care about her clients. My case was open and shut, I didn’t need to be seen on a TV screen or in person, my medical records were enough to get me approved. But no Linda wanted me to be seen on a TV screen and would have allowed me to be homeless another six to twelve months. Living in my car in the Arizona heat. Thanks to congressman Gossars office for their help I was able to get the hearing she got cancelled reinstated. She suddenly loat her voice. Imagine that. She told me if i worked in a bread factory putting the ties on the bread wrappers, they would find me staring into space and fire me. She insulted and demeaned me. I was deep in the throes of fibromyalgia and had fibro fog.i would NOT RECOMMEND this person for any kind of work. When i asked her, aren’t you supposed to be working for me, she replied, i work for MYSELF. I am an RN, have been for 39 yearsAnd i got off the disability when my fibromyalgia improved, i went thru a national company for the disability . I was only on disability for 18 months. So the only thing i can view as positive is she was not able to collect the $6,000 that the other company received. Also she made me obtain ALL of my medical records where the other lawyer was able to obtain them for themselves.I contacted Linda Lynch to help me get my disability.
