Could not reduce my speeding ticket at all. Nothing was changed. They didn’t postpone the court date until the cop didn’t show up. Didn’t reduce it to a broken headlight or reduced the severity for going over 12mph. Took them over a week to respond to me after calling them every single day asking for the outcome. Like beating a dead horse. So instead of 4 weeks to respond to pay the ticket I now I have 3. I have never dealt with such terrible service or outcome of a standard speeding ticket.
