I lived in Hong Kong for the past 20 years. I met my wife there and we have two boys. We decided to relocate to the USA with our children to have them go through school in the US system. In the grand scheme of things, the decision to relocate was made quickly (we decided and moved 2 months later). She had a US visa but immigrating on a toursit visa is a big NO NO. I contacted the Herman Legal Group and SO GLAD I DID. They explained what our options were. I can’t imagine what would have fallen through the cracks if I had tried to do everything on my own while moving my family and dog halway around the world.
