Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThe WORST experience I have ever had. I have never used an accountant before and decided to use one to file my 2019 taxes. Never again!! Huge waste of my money and it is now the end of January 2020. I still have yet to receive my tax return. I call at least twice a month, and I have not received one phone call. Do not recommend!!

First time using Hicks & Co. Since we moved from out of state we decided to use a tax service. Had a great experience – got in quickly to have them review all our paperwork, did quick work on the return and got back more than expected. We ran into one problem but they resolved it quickly.
