I’ve been using Higbee and associates for over a year om multiple charges in different states for the California Division absolutely blown away with the fantastic job that was done and how fast and easy my case manager handled my case. Also one of the reps Jason has above and beyond customer service skills. However my Nevada Case manager has been neglectful, rude, and almost non existent on my case all though its been paid in full and I continually reach out with almost no contact in return. Over all I would definitely recommend higbee and associates for any other state but Nevada

Positive: Quality, Valuethey updated my case with info, at the longest and very least, once a month. it was a, roughly, 6 and a half month process. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI posted what they did to me and google took it down. I don’t know if they payed google to take it down or not but they did me wrong! I wouldn’t do anything with this company because they are dishonest! They have cost me $5000 in legal fees, because they had me believing my record was cleared and I tried buying a firearm and was still a felon because they hadn’t done what they said they had done. They even duped me out of an extra $250 for expedited record clearance…I posted what they did to me and google took it down.
