My first thought when I was charged with my DUI was that my life was in complete shambles and I had no hope anymore. I picked Ben from a list of DUI trial lawyers because of his success in defending his clients, his hard work and diligence, and the professionalism attributed to him by his clients in their true testimony. As I began to pick my life back up in my home state, Ben went to work and left no stone unturned in my case. As the time passed and trial near, we were in constant contact with him as he answered every question asked of him. On the day of trial, A trial which I thought I had no chance of being acquitted and my fate would be jail, Ben reassured me that we had a legitimate case, going through every detail with me. After he laid out his case, we explored every option just in case. When the case began, Ben’s hard work and dedication to my case showed as he intricately went through every detail of my arrest. Due to the time and knowledge, he was able to show how the evidence collected was inadmissible in court and the judge had no choice but to throw out evidence and the DA had to dismiss my case, and give me a chance to continue my life and find success. My mom could do nothing but hug him and not let go because he quite basically pulled off a miracle, in what I thought was a sure fire guilty decision. One lawyer leaving the courtroom told Ben that some of the best work he has seen.
