They did call me finally and I think it was a miss communication. I had one of the senior people call me and he was very friendly, kind, emphatic and knowledgeable. I missed our appointment this am because I didn’t sleep last pm so I called him back and apologized and he did the appointment right then which was very understanding and kind of him. He was very honest and straight forward with me and though they could not help, provided me with other attorneys offices in Portland and Eugene areas just to see if they mighty possibly be able to help and/or give me a second opinion, which he didn’t have to do but was a great help. Remember a few years ago when the Oregon unemployment department was saying that everyone owed them about $1,000 and they did a bunch of overpayments? Well these are the folks that are out there working hard for oregonians and helping them battle some of the issues with the Oregon’s bureaucratic branch of doing things. It’s staffed by folks from Lewis and Clark college a college I highly respect and I suggest that everyone donate to them as they do a lot of good for the community. And oregonians alike.

I originally gave HKM a 1 star reviews with nothing written. I gave 1 star for the lack of customer service this company gave me. I called about a issue with my employer. I Initially did not hear back from them for over a month when I received a form letter stating they do not represent employers but only employees. about 4 months down the road Dan calls me and tells me sorry for how they treated me. he asked me how he can Compensate me to have me redo my review. I tell him I am fine, I got a new job… oh, well you didn’t take my case.. NOW, 3 months after that. Dan calls back and says the board is allowing him to Compensate me for my review, he would Give me a free strategy meeting, but asks me 4 times to change my review, send me an email with his personal info so I may contacthim if I ever needed to.
